Properties are advertised for one week from midnight on each Wednesday and applicants to our Housing Register will be able to log in to the website and \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcbid\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 for properties that they are eligible for.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A 2 bed flat in Pearson Close will be advertised from midnight on Wednesday 7th August 2019. The property is set up so that it is advertised that only people with a connection to Pebmarsh and the neighbouring villages (as set out in the s106 agreement) can \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcbid\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 for the property.
