To agree that all applications for dispensation regarding Pecuniary and Non-Pecuniary \u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Interests be directed to the Monitoring Officer at Braintree District Council, via the Parish \u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Council Clerk.<\/p>\n
