Temporary Traffic Regulation Order of Hill House Road, Cricks Road, Pebmarsh 

Please click on the following link https://roadworks.org?tm=114561177 to find details of the intended closure of Hill House Road, Cricks Road, due to commence on 30th September 2019 for 5 days. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while Essex County Council undertakes carriageway patching.

Social Housing Property In Pebmarsh Available

As you may be aware, each week social housing available for rent is advertised on the Gateway to Homechoice website www.gatewaytohomechoice.org.uk . Properties are advertised for one week from midnight on each Wednesday and applicants to our Housing Register will be able to log in to the website and ‘bid’ for properties that they are eligible for.

 

A 2 bed flat in Pearson Close will be advertised from midnight on Wednesday 7th August 2019. The property is set up so that it is advertised that only people with a connection to Pebmarsh and the neighbouring villages (as set out in the s106 agreement) can ‘bid’ for the property. Once the advertising cycle is completed, staff at Braintree District Council will work with Suffolk Housing Society to match applicants with the property on the basis of the strength of their local connection.
